1. General Information
1.1 Stardust Factory is a registered brand in hand knitted headwear AO. The hats are made in the workshop in Thonon Les bains with yarn that comes from sheep in Holland. The yarn has been selected on the ethical treatment of the animals and the environment friendly dye.

2. Products
2.1 Product Descriptions
We make every effort to accurately describe and display the colors, designs, and materials of our handknitted hats and headbands. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to differences in monitor settings, yarn batches, and the handmade nature of our products.
2.2 Availability
All products are subject to availability. In the rare case that an item you have ordered is sold under your nose, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative or a refund.
2.3 Custom Orders
We accept custom orders for handknitted items, and these may be subject to different timelines or pricing. Custom orders will be confirmed via email, and the final product may differ slightly from the design depending on yarn availability and handcrafting limitations.
3 Pricing
3.1 Prices
Prices for products are listed on the website and are in Euro’s. Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
3.2 Taxes
The prices on our website include taxes .
For custom orders the sales tax or VAT (if applicable) will be applied to your order at checkout, depending on your location.
3.3 Shipping Fees
Don’t you just hate shipping fees? So, the shipping is on the house. If your country requires border fees then that is on you….sorry…
4. Orders and Payment
4.1 Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation detailing your order. Please review the confirmation for any inaccuracies. If there are any issues, contact us at kim@stardustfactory.eu immediately.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments via card payments and paypal. All payments must be completed before an order is shipped.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives, and if there is an issue, contact us within 3 days of receipt.
6.2 Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrectly sent items. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
6.3 Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or an error was made on our part.

Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable unless they are faulty.
